What is coaching
Coaching is about addressing the gap between potential and performance. Business Performance Coaching is all about enhancing the performance of your business by addressing your key issues. It is based on helping the coaches to help themselves through dynamic interaction. It is not about instruction.
Our coaching programme combines regular face to face meetings with online coaching to meet your individual needs.Online Coaching allows you to receive one-on-one support from your coach at a time that suits you.As it is available to you 24/7, online coaching allows you to have strong communication with your coach, but not disrupt your busy work schedule. It is a perfect compliment to face-to-face meetings and the automated e-mail prompt system makes it very time efficient.
Use online tools based on Continuous Improvement to work on resolving issues or converting opportunities, in a confidential online environment. All plans and strategies devised in the online coaching area are saved and can only be accessed for editing or fine tuning using your secure password.
For our larger clients we also run internal coaching groups to work on live issues to develop your current and future leaders skills.
We also run two coaching groups, one for professionals and one for business owners and leaders. These groups meet for half a day a quarter and each member gets a quarterly confidential one to one coaching session with Alan Hyams.
Growth & Profit Groups
A Coaching Group comprising business owners and leaders or professionals meets four times a year for half a day to work on common issues. Each member also gets a confidential one2one coaching session each quarter. The benefits of membership of such a group are:
