Facing the Challenges of 2021
It is now clear that the first quarter of 2021 is going to be extremely challenging. We are in tier 5, lockdown by another name, until at least mid-February. But equally there is light at the end of the tunnel because the vaccine is being rolled out.
What are your plans to bounce back and fully exploit the opportunities in quarter 2 and beyond?
Here are ten things to consider:
- How will you change your operations and your people to be more productive?
- How do you become more customer friendly?
- What do your customers need, note need not want, that you can supply?
- Do you need to recruit and retain more good people?
- Do you need to develop new products or services?
- How will you attract new customers?
- Do you have all the resources you need?
- Does your team have the skills needed to deliver your plan?
- Are you an exceptional problem solver?
- Do you have tools and ideas you can use now?
Developing the right solution to your 2021 opportunities is easier than you think. The difference between winners and losers in 2021 will be recognising the opportunities and then taking appropriate action.
