Working under Lockdown
During the last month I have been investing time talking to Clients and Contacts
What I have noticed is that they are either very busy with too much to do in sectors such as Prepared Meals and Logistics, or they have time on their hands in sectors like Hairdressers and Hospitality
Here are my suggestions:
For those of you fortunate enough to be too busy, I recommend that you watch my short Infographic Animation – Defeating the Time Thief – which you can find on the home page of my Website www.mrwcs.com. The three lessons that come out are:

3 Find someone to hold you accountable
On the other hand, for those of you who have time on your hands now is the ideal time to plan your way out of the Covid-19 pandemic
Here are some suggestions:
1 Talk to your Customers about how you can help them
2 Ask your team what they want
3 Look at what Data you have, what Data you need and where you can get it from
4 Streamline your Delivery process
5 Can you take some cost out
6 Preserve and improve your Culture
