The New Normal
We are beginning see what the new normal will look like and working out how we will work with it. Schools are going back and people are returning to their offices sometimes just two or three days a week
I don’t believe things will improve, until we have a viable vaccine which will probably be spring 2020, and may well get worse over the winter
Here are some ideas to help you to get to grips with your new normal
- Work out your possible Future Processes
- List your ideas
- Rate them out of ten or each of ease of implementation and positive impact on the future
- Select the top three
- Brainstorm how they might work
- Work up a plan for each
- Trial them and collect performance data
- Adopt the best performing as your new way of working and share them with other friendly businesses
