How to Improve the Performance of your Business
My November Coaching Group for Professionals was on the topic of Improving the performance of your Business.
Think of your business as a machine – just like your car it need its annual service
Ideas for improving your business performance can come from anyone in your business, either top down or bottom up – No one person has a monopoly of good ideas.
We briefly looked at seven tools which have been proved to help:
